Album belonging to Mary Yamamoto Shimizu depicting life events including commencement ceremonies and social activities in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Massachusetts and Dartmouth College. The bulk of the photographs are of George Shimizu as Mary Shimizu curated photographs of herself and her then boyfriend, later husband. Photographs of George Shimizu vary in topic and geographic location including Long Beach, Dartmouth College and Mindanao (Philippine Islands) where he served in the Military Intelligence Service. Mary Yamamoto Shimizu is also shown traveling to Heart Mountain Incarceration Camp.
Album is maroon and bound. George Shimizu lent the album for digitization after conducting an oral history in 2016 with Go For Broke National Education Center.
