Description

Hiroshi Yafuso talks about Japanese farming in Hakalau. He also discusses his experiences in Japanese school and church. Yafuso talks about the Attack on Pearl Harbor and the aftermath. He goes on to reveal how he was drafted and how he ended up in the Military Intelligence Service (MIS). He talks about the translation work he did while in the South Pacific.
