Description

Matsumoto discusses his assignments after the end of the war in Southeast Asia, including his transfer to China. In China, Matsumoto became involved with the Office of Strategic Services. He describes his duties within the OSS, which he was forced to keep confidential for 50 years, and the various espionage and counterintelligence tactics they employed. Matsumoto concludes by describes his interrogation tactics when dealing with Japanese POWs.
