Description
An account of the resource
After basic training, Mas Takahashi was shipped overseas to join the 100th Infantry Battalion at the Champagne Campaign, where he was assigned as a rifleman. He was then sent to fight on the Gothic Line. When the war ended, Mas helped process German prisoners of war, and he couldn't return home to the states with his unit because he did not have enough points (military points system). When he was finally discharged, he returned home and acquired a job at Ford Motor Company.
