Description
An account of the resource
Yasukochi talks about his involvement in the Lost Battalion campaign, saving the 36th Division, that had been stranded. He talks about stuffing shells full of supplies and shooting it over to them so that they had supplies as they awaited their rescue. After this, they would head into Nice, where they would get some rest and relaxation, even spending time at Hitler's bunker, swimming in ice cold water. They would join Patton's Army and continue on, seeing Dachau concentration camp on the way. He talks in depth about what he saw and the people that were coming out of the camp.
