Album depicts Ted Tsukiyama's life from early childhood, adolescence and high school to his military experiences and higher education. Photographs include everyday life in Hawaii, family photographs, high school class photographs, photographs depicting both travel and military training and time with the Varsity Victory Volunteers. Two documents include honorable discharge from Hawaii Territorial Guard and certificate of recognition as a Varsity Victory Volunteer.

Ted Tsukiyama conducted two oral histories with Go For Broke National Education Center.
