Description

In the first part of Mr. Mac Nagata's interview, he discusses his family history, and his father's military service in the Japanese Army during the Russo-Japanese War. Next, Mr. Nagata remembers the Sanger, CA community he grew up in, attending Japanese language school and Buddhist sermons, as well as the lessons he learned from school and his parents. Finally, this clip is concluded with a brief discussion of his visit to Japan as a child, the passing of his mother, and the differences between Japan and the United States.
