Description

Kanada talks about his experiences during the Lost Battalion rescue, getting injured, and staying in a hospital. He then talks about getting reassigned, getting discharged, a friendship that started while he was in the hospital, and his Army uniform during the Lost Battalion rescue. Next, Kanada talks about his promotion to first sergeant, interactions with German POWs, combat experiences while going to Hill 140, and corresponding with family and friends during the war. Lastly, Kanada talks about taking dance classes, teaching dance, starting a dance studio, and his employment as a car salesman.
