Shiosaki talks about officers he knew at Camp Shelby; discusses the leadership of Colonel Pence; and talks about his combat experiences near the Arno River. He then talks about soldiers killed in action; receiving British rations; and discusses his combat experiences in Bruyeres. Next, Shiosaki talks about other combat experiences in France which involved fighting against German soldiers; and discusses the weather during combat. Lastly, Shiosaki talks about his experiences during the rescue of the Lost Battalion.
