Description

Izui discusses the end of World War II and the reaction to the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Next, he talks about the starting of his post-war life in Chicago and getting his degree out of the University of Illinois. He then speaks about his re-entering into the Army and the subsequent beginning of the Korean War, in which he then served as a medic.
