Sasai talks about his experiences as an anti-tank gunner including describing what it was like to fire weapons and fire against German tanks. He then talks about his experiences while on patrol duty in Bruyeres, his litter bearer duties in France, and combat experiences in Po Valley. Next, Sasai discusses receiving awards such as the Bronze Star and Purple Heart; discusses getting wounded; and talks about the Army point system. Lastly, Sasai discusses his whereabouts during the end of the war in Europe; discusses encounters with civilians while overseas; and talks about returning to the United States.
