Description

Yoshino continues his discussion on boxing in the Army and after, including a tryout for the Olympic National Team and traveling through Europe for exhibition fights. Next, he talks about time in the Army, including a friendship with General Mark Clark and the brotherhood of the 100th/442nd. He would be discharged from the Army at Camp Beale and as it was difficult to find work, would take advantage of the 52-20 club. Next, he talks about his family and traveling through Japan and seeing the majestic Mt. Fuji for the first time. After this he talks about how his childhood shaped him and more about the experiences he had in Europe during the war.
