Description
Shigeru Iba is born on April 1, 1917, in Los Angeles, CA. His parents are from Wakayama-ken, Japan, and he has two brothers. During Shigeru's childhood, he helps his father in the nursery business. Besides attending primary school, he goes to a Japanese school. In 1926, Shigeru travels to Japan with his mother and siblings to visit relatives in Japan.
