"Satoru Nakamura was a World War II veteran and former first sergeant of Company B of the following units, 370th Engineers, later redesignated as 1399th Construction Engineers (Schofield Barracks, Hawaii), 442nd Infantry Regiment, 171st Infantry Battalion and 100th Infantry Battalion of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team."
