Description

Yasutake discusses his personal background and family history including his parents' life in Japan, emigration and education, going to Japanese language school, his father's employment, and his siblings. He recounts growing up in Seattle and describes his childhood neighborhood. He also discusses the aftermath of Pearl Harbor, and the FBI's search of his home and detainment of his father.
