Description

Arisumi describes more stories about anti-personnel and anti-tank mines, more information about mines, close calls from mine detonations, and "Blackie" Shimashita. In addition, he remembers bangalore torpedoes, clearing minefields and roadblocks, booby trapped road blocks, and how the 442nd Regimental Combat Team Anti-Tank Company used gliders. Finally, part 3 is finished with a description of the "Champagne Campaign," capturing a 1 man German submarine, returning home from the war and being discharged in Maui.
