Description

Don Seki was fitted with a prosthetic arm at the General Hospital in San Francisco. While he was in the hospital, he made friends with many of the other wounded soldiers, and even brought some of them whiskey. He talks about meeting General Stillwell and some of the guys from the Military Intelligence Service during his stay in San Francisco. After being discharged and returning to Hawaii, he decided to do civil service work in Japan so that he could visit his parents.
