Description

In this segment, Rose Uriyu talks about her husband, George. She talks about the activities George participated in and how they met through working together. She describes their trips to Tokyo to see the sights of Japan while also visiting family. Uriyu talks about the events in George's life she was not aware of, and she also talks about their wedding day. A special moment she recalls was when the Super Bowl was brought overseas to Tokyo. Married life was not easy in Tokyo, so they returned to the United States. They moved around the country a bit, but finally settled down. She also mentions that George was a cartoonist, and that his work was featured in Time Magazine.
