Description

Kashiki discusses a friendship, provides an explanation of a proximity fuze and other explosive devices, discusses traveling with the unit at night; and talks about German weapons and equipment. Kashiki also talks about combat experiences and terrain in Italy, his assignment processing POWs, and discusses a friend who was wounded in battle. Lastly, Kashiki discusses the point system for returning home, and talks about his experiences traveling back to the United States.
