Description

Miyamoto continues speaking about his various experiences overseas, including interactions with German prisoners-of-war. He also talks about Ted Tanouye and the difference between American and German weapons. Next, he would be discharged from the Army, and he would head back to Hawaii, where he would join the Reserves and then the Air Force, retiring from the Army with a sergeant first class rank. He talks briefly about the trench foot that he obtained during the war and how it's affected him since. After this, he would work for a couple of other companies, before retiring and settling down with his family in Oahu.
