Description

Mr. Sako describes various instances of prejudice he and his family faced in Utah both before and during the war. Mr. Sako goes on to describe his being drafted into the Army and his various stages of classification due to his knee ailment. After serving in the MIS near the end of the war, Mr. Sako decided to re-enlist in the Army for one year, where he served in a technical intelligence unit in Japan.
