Description

In this segment, Tsuneo "Cappy" Harada introduces himself and begins talking about his early life in Santa Maria, California. He describes his family and his time spent working on the family, which he eventually was charged with managing. In addition to balancing education with running the farm, Harada also tried to make time for friends and sports as well. Throughout the segment, Harada mentions people that had a profound impact on his childhood and maturation. At the end of the segment, Harada mentions the one time he recalls experiencing discrimination when he was in Santa Maria.
