Description
Doiwchi discusses his experiences during the liberation of Dachau Concentration Camp as part of the 522nd Field Artillery Battalion, and provides some thoughts regarding concentration and incarceration camps. He also talks about his thoughts regarding war and the Israeli-Palestine Conflict, and discusses the end of the war in Europe. After the war, Doiwchi returned to the United States and got various jobs including working at a gas station and in real estate. Lastly, Doiwchi provides some thoughts regarding war and its impact on Nisei experiences, and discusses his children and grandchildren.
