Description

Grant Hayao Ichikawa discusses the language team and their assignments. He describes the difference between Kibei and Nisei and how their attributes working together up contribute to the rebuilding of Japan. Ichikawa also shares how he meets his wife and when he is recalled to return to duty. Furthermore, he discusses the mission of linguistics during occupation.
