Description

In this segment, Sadami "James" Okada describes his experiences as a member of the Military Intelligence Service (MIS) serving in the Pacific Theater. Specifically, Okada served in New Guinea and the Philippines. Okada also talks about meeting his wife and starting a family before moving on to the legacy of the MIS and Nisei in general. Lastly, he begins speaking about his time with the Allied Occupation Troops in Tokyo after the war ended.
