Description

Thomas Sakamoto shares more personal photographs from his World War II military experience. The first two are from his time spent in Japan at the Lutheran Missionary School in Kyushu. He shares a photo album from the Military Intelligence Service Language School at Camp Savage, Minnesota, as well as a picture of him and his wife. He talks about a photograph of the plaque from the Presidio in San Francisco that commemorates those who studied at the Military Intelligence Service Language School there. Lastly, he shares a photograph of the Japanese delegation signing their official surrender aboard the USS Missouri.
