Description

Doiwchi discusses his parents immigrating from Japan and his father’s job working at Rafu Shimpo. He talks about his family’s ownership of property, attending Japanese language school and church, and discusses his interest in automobiles. He also talks about his childhood home; and experiences with discrimination as well as experiences with segregation while in Hattiesburg during his time at Camp Shelby. Lastly, Doiwchi talks about his interest in racing hot rod cars.
